Who's behind it

I'm Isa — a calisthenics coach and athlete based between Barcelona and Finland.

I've trained for years and coached alongside it, and I'm a recognised face in Barcelona's iconic calisthenics scene. It's where I train, and it's grown into an online community of more than 50,000 people who follow and train with me.

Can beginners join?+
Yes — genuinely. If you love movement and want to get stronger, you belong here. You'll leave with real fundamentals and a plan to keep building.
Is accommodation included?+
No — the hotel is not included. You book your own stay, but I can also help to organise accommodation.
Is this women-only?+
No — open to women and men who love to move. My community leans toward women, so expect a warm, welcoming mix, not an intimidating room.
Can I come alone?+
Most people do. It's built around community, so you'll meet the group fast and won't feel like the odd one out. Solo is the norm here.
What kind of training will we do?+
Calisthenics and strength: pull-up and muscle-up progressions, handstand and skill work, plus mobility and recovery. All coached, all scalable, none of it a punishing bootcamp.
Will I get a personalised program?+
Yes — that's the point. You leave with a program built around your level and goals, so the progress continues at home.
What happens after I join Priority Access?+
